How to cook Croquettes?
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pot. Add in garlic and fry for a min. Add in spinach and cook till it wilts and raw smell leaves. Remove it to a bowl. Heat 2 tbsp of oil and add in wheat flour and stir fry for few mins. Now add in milk and keep mixing till it gets thick. Add in cooked spinach, chili flakes, salt, sugar, and cheese. Mix well. When it gets thick, remove it to a bowl and set aside to cool. Now take small size from the mix and put it on a plate. You can pop this in the fridge so it set a little. Now take plain wheat flour on a plate for coating. Take wheat flour and water in a bowl and mix to a runny mix. Take breadcrumbs in a plate and set aside. Take each spinach ball and coat it in wheat flour, dip it in wheat flour liquid and coat it in breadcrumbs. Put it on a plate and set it in the fridge for 30 mins. Now heat oil for deep frying and deep fry the croquettes till golden.
