For Cheese Sauce, cook butter and flour until aroma comes. Add milk and stir until becoming smooth. Add seasonings cook on low heat until thick then add cheese. When cheese melts its ready.Set aside. For Tomato Red Sauce: Heat oil and saute garlic then add puree cook. Add seasonings and ketchup cook until become shiny. Set aside. For Crepes: Mix flour, salt, pepper, eggs well with a whisk. when lumps ends add water and mix. It should be a thick liquid. Heat a nonstick frying pan and grease with oil. Pour this batter with a deep spoon and make thin crepes just like thin pancakes. Cook 1 mint to each side. Its done, set aside. Filling: Heat oil and add garlic when aroma comes add chicken and soya sauce. Cook well. Add tomato puree, all vegetables and spices and cook until chicken and vegetables tender. At the end add lemon juice, toss and its ready. In assembling, take a deep Pyrex dish. Start with red sauce followed by cheese sauce. Then cut round crepes in half. Layer with crepes then filling. Repeat until everything utilized, in top layer spread red and cheese sauce. Place bell pepper strip on it. Sprinkle grated cheese. Now bake it for 15 mins. Serve hot.
