Norman Reedus, born as Norman Mark Reedus, is an American model, actor, director and photographer.Norman Reedus was born as Norman Mark Reedus on January 6, 1969 in Hollywood, Florida, USA. He is best known for portraying the character of Daryl Dixon in the horror drama series ‘The Walking Dead’.  After beginning his career as a model, Norman Reedus made his debut on the big screen in 1997, through the flick ‘Mimic’. He then appeared in the films ‘Six Ways to Sunday’, ‘Reach the Rock’, ‘Dark Harbor’ and ‘Davis Is Dead’. In 1999, he did the films ‘8MM’ and ‘The Boondock Saints’. In 2010, the actor started playing the role of Daryl Dixon on AMC’s TV series ‘The Walking Dead’. This series fetched him numerous awards: Satellite Award for Best Television Ensemble, IGN Award for Best TV Hero, IGN People’s Choice Award for Best TV Hero and Fangoria Chainsaw Award for Best TV Supporting Actor. Reedus is also a sculptor, painter, and photographer and displays his artwork in galleries in New York City, Frankfurt, and Berlin.
