How to cook Kheema Pav?

For Pav, take a bowl and add flour, salt, sugar, and yeast. Mix all then add egg and oil. Knead with lukewarm water into soft dough. Cover the dough leave to rise for 1 hour at a warm place. Punch down dough make into 12 small balls. Put in a well greased square pan side by side. Cover and leave again to rise for 30 minutes until doubled. Brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle sesame seeds. Bake at 190 degrees for 12-15 minutes. After 8 minutes remove from oven and spray with water. Again place in oven and continue baking for 4-6 minutes. For Qeema: Heat oil; add green chilies sauté for 1 minute. Add cumin seeds with chopped onions fry until lightly golden. Add ginger garlic paste with chopped tomatoes and salt. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Add red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, coriander powder and curry leaves. Cook for 1 minute. Add mince. Fry for 5 minutes. Add 1 cup water. Cover and cook for 20 minutes until mince tender and oil separates. Add peas, garnish with chopped coriander. Serve with pav topped with butter.
