Private sectors have access to more modern technologies that are essential in building cost-efficient and quality infrastructure. When private sectors are encouraged to invest in public infrastructure, then Filipinos can benefit from quality service by the government. Governments can now allot the national budget to more urgent matters since private sectors are now in the picture, helping improve the country. Private sectors are more efficient in handling crisis situations therefore, the government is not alone in risk reduction operations.
