Nasi Padang is a great meal that consists of the sambal, collard greens, and pastes for the curries can all be made a day or two beforehand and kept, refrigerated until you’re ready for them. It’s a style of eating where the diner is presented with a number of dishes to choose from. In Singapore, the selection often showcases the diversity of dishes from all over Indonesia and Malaysia.
