How to be a morning person?

Some people find it easy to stay up until 3 AM, but find it almost close to impossible to wake up at 6 AM. Others choose to boost their day with coffee, junk food, or a quick jog. But fret not night owls, because here are some tips on how to become a morning person. Creating a consistent sleep schedule is one of the best ways to ensure you’re getting quality, restful sleep you need to shift your schedule earlier, start moving your bedtime forward by just 15 minutes at a time. Adjustments more drastic than that will keep you rebounding between early and late bedtimes rather than creating lasting change.  Some experts warn people against going to bed too full or too hungry, as the discomfort may keep you awake. The same goes for drinking: Sipping too much before bed can cause mid-slumber trips to the bathroom, and caffeine and alcohol in particular have been shown to disrupt sleep. Sleepiness doesn’t disappear just from drinking a cup of coffee. Having enough time breakfast will also provide energy, not to mention it’ll boost that brainpower too. At the beginning of the day, have a reward waiting in the a.m. to motivate climbing out of the covers. Dive into some freshly baked fruit and nut bars, or slide into a warm bath instead of taking a quick shower
