How do students view the importance of Social Networking Sites on Education?

The impact of social and cultural factors has a great impact on the public’s acceptance of SNS. Some factors included population, gender, and religious concerns, although the latter issues were not thought to become a possible hindrance in the widespread acceptance of SNS.  However, ethical issues concerning privacy protection were reiterated by some of those who were concerned. Aside from that, there is also great importance regarding the support from the government and how it would impact the success altogether. On the other hand, there were mixed opinions on how students view the impact of SNS to staff and students alike. While positive comments outnumbered the opposing comments, predictions on hindrances, obstacles, and negative factors which would impact the success of SNS was also tackled. Nevertheless, the students who will benefit from Social Networking sites were very generous in giving their piece of mind on how to overcome the suggested hindrances in order to optimize the benefits of SNS for every student to enjoy. In conclusion, the study reveals that more students agree with the concept of the topic of the research regarding the positive effects of SNS than those who disagree with it.
