Should jobs have no age limit?

Elder job seekers have a lesser chance of landing the job they applied for. This is because job have an age limit or age requirement, and most companies prefer younger professionals or fresh college graduates. This makes it more difficult for older professionals and workers to look for jobs especially after recovering from a life crisis and want to start over again. Elder workers protest today in hopes of the government mandating the removal of the age limit in job applications. This is important because studies show that there is little correlation between the age and the efficiency of work. Some elder professionals are even better than fresh graduates and are known to have more experience. But due to the unfair system, fresh graduates are usually the ones who land the job. Governments and companies should reconsider their requirements since elder workers also have the right to earn profit for their respective families and dependencies.
